OVERVIEW

There are several sides to your character but your energy is primarily pointed in two contrary directions. A good part of you is probably strong and practical, interested in the business world or similar material activities, but another side of you is free-spirited and adventurous -- at least in spirit but often in fact -- and doesn't want to feel restrained in any way. During your youth and young adulthood, you'll try to balance your need to take care of your material needs and ambitions with your need to do your own thing with as little sense of responsibility as possible. You'll probably sometimes take care of one and sometimes the other, but rarely to your complete satisfaction. As you get older, you'll probably learn how to balance your ambitious, practical side with your free-spirited side so that you can feel comfortable with both.

YOUR FREE-WHEELING CREATIVITY -- AND HOW TO STOP SCATTERING YOUR ENERGIES

Your 5 Life Path

You were born with considerable versatility -- the ability to do almost anything you attempt with superior skill. As you can imagine, this innate capacity allows you a boundless freedom most people can only dream about. One of your major lessons in life is to learn to use this freedom constructively. Since you have so many talents and so many opportunities for the use of those talents, you probably have to learn to focus your energies on a limited number of ventures rather than attempt to take advantage of all the possibilities.

YOUR ORDERLY, HARDWORKING NATURE -- AND YOUR NARROW, LIMITING APPROACH

Your 4 Expression And 4 Birthday

There's another side of your personality -- along with the social and creative part -- which is probably just as important in determining your general character.

You have a natural potential to work long, hard and patiently. If there's a job to be done requiring a good deal of time, much difficult work and careful attention to detail, you can probably do it well. Others will recognize this ability and turn to you for help with complex tasks on tight deadlines. With your orderly nature, you may choose a line of work in which your systematic approach can be developed. You would probably work well in any place where care with details is important. You're likely to be good at establishing new routines and maintaining existing ones.

Push

Are you the type who keeps on pushing? Who always try to get what he wants? I guess I'm like that sometimes. I'm being that way now, at work... At home... And with a few other things.

My last few days have been crazy and happy, while still having some really really down moments everytime I look at this chat transcript I saved on my laptop (note: don't ask). I can't say exactly what's going on because I've been given "expectations" already. I actually have a big mental sticky note on my mind with those "expectations" on it to prevent myself from hitting my head (or another equally important body part somewhere near my lungs) too hard when the bridge (yuck, bridge talaga) collapses.

Anyway, what else have I been up to lately?

- I've been working out again, but only 4 times a week, not 6.
- Partied in Quezon City Saturday night 'til Sunday morning - Fun. Ended with some chillax and drama moments outside a bar in Manila. (No alcohol for Lucien)
- Partied in Ortigas Center AGAIN Sunday night 'til Monday morning - Still fun. Ended again with some chillax and more drama moments, at home this time. (And still no alcohol for Lucien, hahaha!)
- Requested for a new ATM card from BPI which won't be available until Friday morning 'cause the one I have is no longer useable.

I LOVE MANILA! (I bet 99% of you won't know what this line is about, hahaha!)

Thank god for my friends. Thank you all for keeping me feeling alive each day.

I LOVE THIS SONG...

Too bad it doesn't (and will probably never) apply to anyone... Sigh...

UNUSUAL YOU - Britney Spears

Nothin' about you is typical
Nothin' about you's predictable
You got me all twisted and confused
(It's so you)
Up 'til now, I thought I knew love
Nothin' to lose and it's damaged 'cause
Pattern to fall as quick as I do
(But now)

Bridges are burnin'
Baby, I'm learnin'
A new way of thinking now
Love, I can see
Nothing will be
Just like it was
Is that because

Baby, you're so unusual
Didn't anyone tell you you're s'posed to
Break my heart, I expect you to
So why haven't you?
Maybe you're not even human 'cause
Only an angel could be so unusual
Sweet surprise I could get used to
Unusual you

Been so many things when I was someone else
Boxer in the ring, tryin' to defend myself
And the private eye to see what's goin' on
(That's long gone)
When I'm with you, I can just be myself
You're always where you say you will be
Shocking, 'cause I never knew love like this
Could exist

Tables are turnin'
My heart is soarin'
You'll never let me down
Answer my call
Here after all
Never met anyone
Like you

Baby, you're so unusual
Didn't anyone tell you you're s'posed to
Break my heart, I expect you to
So why haven't you?
Maybe you're not even human 'cause
Only an angel could be so unusual
Sweet surprise I could get used to
Unusual you

Can't believe that I
Almost didn't try
When you called my name
Now everything is changed

Baby, you're so unusual
Didn't anyone tell you you're s'posed to
Break my heart, I expect you to
So why haven't you?
Maybe you're not even human 'cause
Only an angel could be so unusual
Sweet surprise I could get used to
Unusual you

01/10/09

First time covering for the Global Command Center on a Saturday which turned out to be a lot harder than I thought it would be. I had to switch between 9 lines of businesses across three sites and had to be mindful of the fact that the elevator was not available between 1:00 - 2:30 AM. The call volume was really high, also, meaning I had to ensure that we had as many CCP's on and that they weren't unnecessarily getting off the phone. Worst part was having to call Mike, who was on his rest day, whenever we needed to switch skills around 'cause I didn't have access yet for some reason. Oh well!

It wasn't all bad, of course. First of all I had Marites, another GCC Business Analyst based in Manila, with me. I also had a really good time during my lunch; not sure if I can say the same for everyone I was with though 'cause 1 seemed like she was either half asleep already or just not interested with everyone else she was with. I was almost tempted to completely disappear 'til the shift ended 'cause my friends were trying to make me to join them in Malate but I was mindful enough not to.

Sleepy Tuesday

Well, I actually got home relatively early after Monday shift. I was surprised to find Cleng and Lawrence in our condo, apparently them and Ryan went out last night and they happen to still be up. Cleng was using the laptop so I wasn't able to use it immediately and when I was finally able to, I was no longer in the mood to blog.

So anyway, I slept around 8:00 AM-ish and woke up after 4:00 PM. Ryan, who slept a full hour before I did, woke up a full hour after I did as well! He actually didn't want to go to the gym anymore but I knew I had to so I convinced him to go still. We got home around 7:45 PM so I was suppose to rush to the restroom but ended up checking Facebook first, hahaha!

Oh well.

Until The Sun Rises

While most individuals' days go from dusk 'til dawn, my life, together with my friends start in the evening and ends as the sun rises. This, of course, applies even during the weekends.

Saturday started REALLY slow. I got up very late, like 6:00 PM, and ended up sleeping some more after having dinner. I woke up with Josh and Al at my door bidding their farewell for the night, which was when I remembered that they were going out tonight and won't be back until Sunday morning. I decided to stay at home to play online games instead... But only until aound 2:30 AM 'cause I got so bored I wanted to go out.

I texted Al and it turns out they're still out partying. They convinced me to follow them and I got there around 3:30 AM already. Met some old friends, got introduced to a few new... And saw a face that reminded me why my New Year's eve felt so incomplete.

We went home around 6:00 AM 'cause Ryan was about to get off work and we had to be in the condominium before he gets there. We ended up picking him up at the Cybergate place where Accenture is, and where a new friend decided to pick us up as he finally agreed to hang out with us at home. We slept around 9:30 AM, tired but fulfilled.

Shin Megami Tensei Imagine

is the title of the new MMORPG I'm playing, also known as MegaTen. Like most of the online games I currently play, MegaTen is currently being served by AeriaGames and is free to download and play with options to buy bonuses using real world cash.

MegaTen has a post apocalyptic modernized steampunk setting wherein characters may be equipped with swords, guns or magic. You also have the option to control some of the demons you encounter using negotiation techniques developed through out the course of the game. The graphics are nice and easy following a semi-cartoonic anime look and the game is relatively fast paced requiring players to practice their reflexes specially when they resort to melee weapons.

You can download the game by visiting AeriaGames or by going directly to MegaTen's website.
