Like A Drug

There are some things you just can't get out of your system without going through a "withdrawal" period.

I need to learn to stop doing whatever it is I need to stop doing.

On a sort of related note, I'm trying to achieve a certain goal by the 20th with the help of a few supplements - resveratrol and EGCG. I've also had to cut down on my meals recently - from 2 full meals + 3 light meals I'm now down to 2 full meals and 2 light meals. The meals themselves have also been reduced - my 2 full meals now only include two to three quarters cup of rice instead of my usual one to one and a half, and my light meals are now only about two-thirds serving of whole grain cereal with milk. I've also been avoiding "unscheduled snacks", like eating chips, small bars of chocolates, and even biscuits and/or cookies.
