Anxious, Nervous... Excited!

Well, here I am, and 20 other candidates, almost at the end of our short journey. Our purposes have been different, but our goal has been the same. I guess we'll find out whose efforts paid off this evening, when the results are revealed and the winners are announced.

The last 5 weeks haven't exactly been the usual for me. Aside from the more intense training and the less gratifying meals I've been having, a lot has happened and a lot has changed. I've gotten more confused with a certain situation I'm in, which, somehow, has made me feel a little confused at how I want to move forward with work. I'm not planning to quit or anything, of course, but let's just say I almost decided to relocate to another site while still maintaining the same position. I've also reconnected with a friend I met earlier this year, and was able to go out with him and his friends once. It was fun, but very tiring - Saturday night was suppose to be my super lazy day. And last but not the least, I've missed a lot of opportunities to just spend time with my family and hang out with them. I wasn't even able to join them celebrate my brother's birthday thanks to the very strict diet my trainer gave me.

It's not all about changes though. I've discovered a lot of new things along the way. Aside from the obvious - always stretch the hell out of yourself before and after working out. I've learned to play it safe with as many turns as you can. I've made new friends - from among the candidates, the gym matrons and patrons, and the trainers. I've gotten more confident and disciplined. And I learned not to trust Belo Medical Group with my skin EVER again.

Well, I don't want to make this entry too long and boring for anyone to read. So I'll just end by saying, thank you everyone for your help and support and I hope to see you all there tonight during the show!

And to you, If you'll still allow me - yes I'll make "bawi" like you asked a few weeks back soon. :-)
